We believe the Bible alone is the Word of God and is the supreme and final authority for all beliefs and practices.
We believe that God created all things and made human beings in His image. Adam and Eve sinned in the garden of Eden and Adam’s sin plunge all humanity under the curse of sin. All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.
We believe that God is Triune--God is one God who is three eternal persons. In the fullness of time, God the Father sent His Son, who is truly God, into this world. The eternal Son of God became truly human, without giving up or setting aside His Godhood. Jesus was born of the virgin Mary. Jesus lived and was crucified on the Cross for our salvation, bearing the curse of our sin. He was buried and rose again in bodily resurrection. He has since ascended bodily into heaven where He reigns and from where He sends the person of the Holy Spirit to bring grace and forgiveness to believers.
We believe the gospel is good news that through Jesus’ death and resurrection we can be freely forgiven of all sin. We believe that this salvation is by grace alone. It is received through faith alone apart from works. True saving faith trusts Christ alone. We believe that the plan of God in saving human beings by His gospel brings glory to God alone.
